If you do not agree to these conditions, then you may not use and access this website. The TEPHI website is provided for your personal and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to use this website for any commercial purpose. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within this Website. This website is owned and operated by TEPHI, 40 Queens Gate Mews, London, SW7 5QN, UK. Before placing an order on the TEPHI website you must have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

USAGE OF THE WEBSITE
You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this Website and for all of your communication and activity on and pursuant to this Website. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated the TOS, we may deny you access to this Website on a temporary or permanent basis.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and TEPHI shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices we have specified.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
TEPHI aims to deliver your chosen items to the place and person specified on your order, in perfect condition and in the shortest time we can achieve. All items are sent by Royal Mail standard or next day delivery service. If you wish to track your parcel, please email us and we will either track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number which can be used on the royal mail website: www.track.royalmail.com

Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. TEPHI reserves the right to delay the dispatch of an order, for instance if there is insufficient stock or further security checks to verify the customer or the customer’s payment are required. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.

Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, and Maestro debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Website from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by TEPHI. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to TEPHI, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.

We may change or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of this site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms of conditions. RETURNS
The satisfaction of our customers is of paramount importance to us and we pride ourselves on excellent quality and service. We hope that you will be delighted with your TEPHI purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of our dispatch date. You must include the original receipt that we send out with orders. Any returned items that are not accompanied by this receipt are unlikely to be accepted. Merchandise purchased at full-price and also sale purchases are entitled to a full refund, unless they have been worn with visible signs of make up, sweat marks, deodorant or damaged as a result of bad handling of the garment when trying it on.

TEPHI will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, if a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order. Returns received after the 14 days time frame are accepted at the discretion of TEPHI.

Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. TEPHI will not issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged. Therefore, please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during transit. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

In the case of an exchange, please remember to state clearly, the item you require. Should the required piece be unavailable and provided the item is in its original unworn condition and returned with the original packaging within 7 days of notifying us, a refund will be issued. We cover postage for all exchanges, so you will not be charged extra.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card for the sum paid, less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. TEPHI will try to process all refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days. The time taken for the refund to be credited to your account will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.

Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.



PROOF OF POSTAGE
We recommend that items be returned to us via a recorded delivery service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. We recommend that you obtain PROOF OF POSTAGE from the Post Office when you return the item, or use a recorded or signed for service to ensure its safe arrival with us. Should your returned item not arrive back with us, you will need Proof of Postage in order for you to make a claim for the missing item with Royal Mail. Although we will try our best to help you locate your missing return, TEPHI reserves the right not to issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.


NON-UK RETURNS
Customers outside the UK will need to make their own returns arrangements through any postal carrier. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items, and TEPHI is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post.


REASONABLE CARE
Customers are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the items they order whilst they are in their possession. If you have purchased items from TEPHI and fail to take reasonable care of unwanted items before returning them to us, we will not accept your return and you will not be eligible for a refund.

PRIVACY NOTICE

Data privacy is of high importance for TEPHI and we want to be open and transparent with our processing of your personal data. 

We therefore have a policy setting out how your personal data will be processed and protected.

Who is the controller of your personal data?
TEPHI is the controller of the personal data you submit to us and responsible for your personal data under applicable data protection law.

Right to access:

You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if the information is incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed.

You have the right to erase any personal data processed by TEPHI at any time except for the following situations:

*you have an ongoing matter with Customer Service
*you have an open order which has not yet been shipped or partially shipped
*you have an unsettled debt with TEPHI, regardless of the payment method
*if you are suspected or have misused our services within the last four years
*if you have made any purchase, we will keep your personal data in connection to your transaction for book-keeping purposes

Your right to object to processing based on legitimate interest:

* if TEPHIno longer needs the personal data but it is required by you to defend legal claims.
